A Refined Living & Dining Room Refresh

This Houston area living and dining room refresh demonstrates how thoughtful updates can give a well-loved home a fresh, more current feel without starting over. Some existing furniture in the living room was retained, while lighter custom drapery panels and streamlined rods, a new rug, and layered pillows brought a softer, more updated look to the space.

In the dining room, the same lighter custom curtains were carried through for a cohesive feel, paired with a new dining table and chairs to create a more polished and inviting setting. The result is a home that feels refreshed and beautifully updated while still reflecting the client’s existing style and the pieces she wanted to keep.
